I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect, being so close to the metro station. It made it incredibly easy to get around and explore the city. Additionally, being just a few minutes away from the convention center was a great convenience for me. The hotel itself was elegant and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly and it was very quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the amenities in the room, such as the ironing facilities and the Tea and coffee facilities. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus and allowed me to stay connected during my visit. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

The breakfast options were limited later in the day, lacked bread and pastries. Conveniently located near a subway station. Modern decor and comfortable beds. Unprofessional staff provided poor customer service; no response to calls for reception, housekeeping, or room service. The room had automatic curtains and a comfortable bed, but no photos were taken. The breakfast, with excellent quality meals, was better than other hotels. Employee Ian provided exceptional service and advice.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice design and well-illuminated spaces. The staff, especially the breakfast team, were super friendly and made us feel welcome. the location was convenient, with close proximity to a subway station and the convention center.
